Efficiency and Communications sadly lacking
We order a bed for 4K and some lamps in December but the bed was only delivered in March. There was zero communication and we had to call multiple time, and were passed from one person to the other. Eventually they blamed the shipping company. After bed was delivered I call to inquire about the lamps. They were laying in the warehouse all along and was overlooked.
When spending top $$$ you expect great customer service.
As for the product we ordered - High quality and we are happy.
