Standard Shipping Charge
Standard shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise shipped to each address. We only offer Standard Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Accessories and gift items are shipped via Standard Shipping with UPS or USPS. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders marked as Standard Shipping or Free Shipping will arrive in approximtely 5-12 business days (after carrier pick up) and will be dropped off without signature required. You cannot schedule delivery dates with standard shipping and free shipping items. Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.Â
Furniture Delivery
Furniture and other large items are typically shipped via Furniture Delivery. We offer three types of delivery services: Front Door Delivery, White Glove Delivery. All furniture orders will be shipped by default with our Front Door Delivery service, unless the White Glove Delivery or Free Shipping option is selected during the Checkout process. All long distance furniture deliveries will be scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Expedited delivery is not an option for Front Door and White Glove Delivery items. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information listed on the order is accurate. Once shipped, any changes in your shipping address will result in additional shipping charges.
Front Door Delivery is the default delivery option for most furniture and large items. Front Door Delivery charge is automatically applied on a per item basis to the order. White Glove Delivery is an optional $199 charge for all furniture items. The one-time charge per order is in addition to Front Door Delivery charge. All White Glove Delivery furniture orders will be shipped complete. For more information, please call us at 1.888.685.3838.
- Front Door Delivery: Includes delivery to the first threshold (front door, curbside, garage, lobby, or loading dock; depending on delivery conditions) and a 4 hour delivery window. Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks. On occasion, Front Door Delivery service will only have a one person delivery team, so it is recommended to have 1 or more people help you with certain Front Door Delivery orders. You will be responsible for unpacking, debris removal, and all applicable assembly.
- White Glove Delivery:Â Includes a two person delivery team that will handle light assembly, debris removal, and the careful placement of furniture (up to 1 flight of stairs). Your in-stock furniture will be delivered in approximately 3 to 4 weeks. As a courtesy to our customers, White Glove Delivery includes the removal of all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item. Rugs, artwork, and other Standard Shipping items are not eligible for White Glove Delivery. Note, the delivery team will not move or remove any existing furniture. The customer is responsible for making sure the room/space is clear for the delivery team to place the furniture.
- Standard Shipping / Free Shipping: Includes a dropoff to your front door or your typical package drop off location. You cannot schedule delivery dates with standard shipping and free shipping items. Items ordered at the same time may not arrive in the same shipment. Additional delivery charges may apply to items that are too large or bulky to be accommodated by our standard shipping charges.Â
Local Houston Furniture Delivery
If you live in the Houston area, you are in luck. We charge $199 per trip for local delivery of unlimited furniture items within a 40 mile radius of our Houston store. The delivery charge includes light assembly, debris removal, and the careful placement of furniture in the room of your choice. Additional charges may apply for exceptionally large items (i.e. oversized buffets, armoires, beds, etc. in excess of 300 lbs.), room placement above the 2nd floor, and assembly of Ready-to-Assemble items. As a courtesy to our customers, Local Houston Furniture Delivery includes the removal of all packaging. Please request to keep all of the packaging if there is a possibility for a return with the eligible item. Note, the delivery team will not move or remove any existing furniture. The customer is responsible for making sure the room/space is clear for the delivery team to place the furniture.
Disclaimer
We inspect all furniture pieces before shipment. Freight damages on occasion do occur in transit. Please follow the procedures below:
- Inspect your shipment before the driver leaves.
- If you suspect hidden damages, open the box and check the condition of the merchandise.
- If you find damages, please have the driver make note on the freight bill the number of damaged pieces and a detailed description of the nature of the damage.
- Be prepared to provide proof of damages with photographic documentation of the damaged box and merchandise.
- All damages need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@highfashionhome.com with your Order # in the subject line.
The customer is responsible for determining whether merchandise can be delivered from the delivery truck to the item's final destination. Please be aware of corridors, doorways, elevators, ceiling heights, turning radius, etc. which may cause a delivery problem. Any item refused due to not fitting into the home or space the item was intended for will incur return shipping charges. Any item refused because the customer does not like it will incur return shipping charges.
If the customer cancels an order after the order has already shipped out, additional shipping charges will be incurred for return of the item(s). If the customer is not home at the time of a furniture delivery, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. If the customer cancels/reschedules a delivery less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. If the delivery is moved out farther than 2 weeks from the offered date, storage fees will apply. If the customer refuses a delivery for any reason and then decides that they want the shipment delivered again, additional charges will be incurred for the attempt/re-delivery. All attempt/re-delivery, return, and/or storage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any additional return shipping/pick up costs.
