In-stock outdoor chairs and lounge pieces typically arrive in about 2–3 weeks with Front Door delivery (you unpack). Optional White Glove delivery is $129 and usually takes about 3–4 weeks. We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only — no international or express furniture shipping.

What is the difference between Front Door and White Glove?

Front Door is our standard delivery: the carrier brings your order to your door and you unpack. White Glove is optional for $129 and adds room-of-choice placement and packaging removal. Can I return outdoor chairs?

Outdoor chair returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Furniture carries a 20% restocking fee. Sale, clearance, floor models, and special orders are final sale. Packaged accessories follow a separate 30-day window.
