Glenmore Dining Chair, Light Carbon, Set of 2 by Four Hands

I love these chairs. I was baffled at the low rating from another consumer, so I decided to write one. If you are looking for a sleek, minimalistic chair with a timeless design, this is your chair. If you are looking for an overstuffed "comfy" chair, it's not for you. The things I was looking for were a dark (almost black) frame with a back and a linen colored seat. My seating area is tight and I love the minimalistic design which allows a view of my gorgeous cerused oak pedestal table. The linen cushion seems like a performance fabric, but I sprayed it with a stain guard just in case. I like the idea that if my color pallet changed in the future, I could easily reupholster the seat.

The seat cushion looks like it would be comfortable but it is actually hard as a rock. Feels nothing like it looks, unfortunately. Too bad because it would have been perfect otherwise!
