Pretty but poor construction
We ordered the larger size but unfortunately had to exchange for the smaller size due the sofa not fitting through our apartment hallway. The response from our local HFH was not to our expectation but does not influence the review of the couch. We received the sofa with a mark on it. Luckily the fabric is high performance. The seat padding was much thicker than the showroom couch. We hope it relaxes out because it makes the seat height awkward in relation to the depth of the seat. The arm rests, on the other hand, are not well cushioned at all and uncomfortable to lean against. The folds and seam work are also quite sloppy. I don’t think it’s returnable and the hassle of waiting for another couch is deflating, but for the price the quality is lacking.
