Great rug. Exceeded expectations. Took extra long, to arrive. Shipping time is misleading. I would understand delays, due to Covid. But, website should state same. Customer service is horrible. But, rug is worth it.

The delivery could be a bit better for the price of shipping. They drop all items at door or in driveway. The rug was larger than I expected. I should have measured my room. The quality of the rug is nice. It's really pretty against a darker color chair or sofa. I have the smoke lounge chairs also which pair really well. Good quality for the price and size.
