The gold link itself appears beautiful, but the packaging has completely ruined the experience. I have now spent 35 minutes cutting through layer after layer of extremely tight plastic wrap, and I still have not been able to fully remove the piece from the packaging.
I understand protecting an item during shipping, but this is excessive. The wrapping is so tight and difficult to remove that I’ve had to use scissors repeatedly right next to the finished surface just to make progress. That is frustrating and creates an unnecessary risk of damaging the piece during unpacking.
A customer should not have to spend this much time fighting with packaging just to access a decorative object. I’m giving two stars because the product itself looks promising, but the packaging and unboxing experience have been unacceptable
