The delivery was timely and included tracking, calls to schedule delivery and e-mail updates. Couch was packaged extremely well with no issues on the long journey halfway across the country. Upon unpacking … the couch is exactly as pictured but even more beautiful in person. I immediately understood the five star reviews! It’s a quality piece of furniture at a great price point. The leather feels nice, requires minimal care (I just wiped quickly with leather conditioner when cleaning up) and has already begun to soften just a couple weeks of use; you can tell it will just get better with time. The color is perfect but it’s the 99 inch length that makes it such a substantial and beautiful addition to the living space. I looked at so many cognac leather couches because I was afraid of ordering online and being disappointed. That was NOT my experience here! Couch is perfect and exactly what I wanted for the space.

I received the couch yesterday and it's everything I was looking for. Perfect size, comfortable and the color is beautiful. I also purchased the rug from High Fashion Home and the room came together just as I had hoped.

This sectional is an amazing and beautiful value! The leather is butter soft and the color is like fine cognac. The sit is sumptuous and seats many comfortably at once. Absolutely love it!!

We got this couch because of buffalo leather. We have 2 cats and it doesn't lose out in looks even if there are a few scratches on it, since it looks like it's supposed to be that way. That being said, the scratches are easily removed by cleaning the couch with leather furniture shampoo and applying leather lotion. Looks like new after. The couch is very comfy and we've had people sleep on it with no complaints, ourselves included. Excellent buy and worth the money (and the wait)

Our Ansel Leather sofa arrived and I have to say, it’s perfect!! Order a couch I hadn’t seen in person or tested made me a bit nervous, but after searching high and low for the perfect leather couch proved more difficult than I imagined. Then I came across this beauty and had to snatch it up. Comfortable, sturdy and the perfect color. And to top it off, the price can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

I love this couch. Took me 3 years and many returns to find the exact color, length and quality couch I pictured in my mind. I hate purchasing furniture online because I feel like most times it never really looks exactly as advertised, but this was the one time it did and I’m so glad I took a chance on it.
