Beatrix Swivel Office Chair, Navy

I ordered the swivel office chair in the navy velvet and I have to say, the chair is absolutely stunning!! No doubt the appearance is on point, but, I have yet to take it into my office to try the comfort level as we are still under renovations. Once I do take it in, I will update this review and send a pic of this beautiful chair. I hope the comfort matches the beauty! To be continued :-) ....

I love the chair! It's well made and pretty comfortable. The fabric is soft and the color is rich and looks expensive. It looks exactly as pictured, but better!

With that said - the chair was misdelivered. A neighbor had to bring it to me. I reported the incident to both High Fashion Home and UPS and never heard back from anyone. I'm lucky that I have honest neighbors! Also, I was at home at the time the UPS driver reported that he/she delivered the item. That part makes me nervous about ordering other items. My daughter just bought a new house and we'll have to think twice about using HFH to purchase items and ensure they are delivered successfully.
