Odense Glass Pendant

If I had to do it over I wouldn’t have bought these. They are very simple, perfect size and stylish. However they were extremely difficult to install. My husband is usually pretty handy at this sort of thing and after trying himself he hired a pro who also had extreme difficulty. They also have major imperfections, scratches (big and small) and deep gouges in the glass that are all extremely noticeable when the lights are on. Some of the deep major scratches have a dark color that looks like dirt but won’t come out. I honestly don’t know how these were ok to ship to a paying customer after inspection. These are very difficult to clean and they don’t come completely clean not even close. I used vinegar and water then had to polish with gloves on. That was the best they would get. I emailed high fashion home and they said they sent the email to manufacturer. That was 2 months ago and I still haven’t heard anything. I also had to wait 10+ weeks for these. Kind of unacceptable for such a poorly made and expensive product.

I purchased three of these pendants and it did take a few weeks for them all to arrive but they all arrived in tact and just as pictured.

I purchased 2 glass pendants from the website and loved them. One was on back order so shipping was a little delayed, but I was fine with that. Once I did receive them, I did notice that one chain was a different style than the other. Luckily, my handy hubby was able to cut one chain in half and use the other half on the other pendant, so they would be matching. I would still give it 5 stars! love the design and very nice quality!
