Great looking but scratch very easily

I bought some of these stools from my kitchen. They look great initially however then I noticed that any slight movement or even fingernails can easily scratch the stool. My two-year-old already has ran a few of his toy cars over at which resulted in significant scratches. I contacted the manufacturer as well as a distributor of this chair they all stated that the only thing you can do is leather conditioner. That’s unfortunate as this does not remove the scratches. My stools look like wolverine has already been to town on it.

Love the chairs but....

The shipping is absolutely ridiculous. $50 per chair and we intended on ordering new dining room chairs but won’t because of the shipping per chair. Also, we were sent one chair in the wrong color, and had to wait another 1 1/2 week to get the correct chair...only to be given a $25 credit. Nice pieces but need to do better on shipping prices and organization.
