Norah Swivel Chair, Black

The chair itself definitely is worth 5 stars. It turns very smoothly and the velvet is good quality. The delivery, however, was very subpar. First, as is customary for whatever candor HFH uses for delivery, the delivery did not arrive during the 4-hour time window we scheduled in advance. About two hours before the scheduled delivery time, they gave me a “courtesy” call to let me know that they’d be there “within the next hour.” I had to leave work, which I’d already rearranged to accommodate the established 4-hour window. Additionally, the $100 delivery I paid for consisted of them stacking the two swivel chairs on top of each other in my living room. They were still in boxes - not even cut open for me; yet I was asked to sign a waiver acknowledging that nothing was damaged during the delivery.
