I first saw the Cromwell sideboard at a neighboring furniture store and feel in love with it--it is beautiful! I would have given a rating of 5 but the sideboard arrived damaged (cracks in the wooden shelves) and without the top marble/granite top included (the top is packaged and ships separate from the rest of the sideboard--so make sure that both pieces are included in the order before it ships). Customer service was GREAT and a decision was made to have the delivery guys take the sideboard back with them due to the damages. My credit card was credited back as soon as I made the decision to not re-order. I chose not to reorder because I ordered and paid for the sideboard the Monday after Thanksgiving and did not receive it until January 23rd. I simply did not want to wait another two months for it to deliver and I also worried about potential damages a second time around. I will purchase from my furniture store in spite of the higher costs ($500 more).
