Couch nice. Process to get it = small nightmare

Couch is nice - sturdy and looks great (well made). I ordered it five months ago and I watched it ship from Texas to Indianapolis to California then to Colorado (where I live). We unpacked it to find out they gave us the wrong lounger. I can’t imagine what kind of hell it’s going to be to fix this issue before 2025 🤦🏻‍♀️

FragilePak- their shipping company is a challenge to work with so I guess prayer is all you’ve got for a timely (and correct) couch delivery.
