Lovely bench - the second time around

I ordered this bench online at the beginning of December and it was delivered quite quickly, however, one of the acrylic struts had broken off in transit. When I notified High Fashion Home they offered me a choice of replacement or a complete refund. Since I really liked the bench I chose the replacement and I’m glad I did. It arrived quickly in spite of the fact that it was competing with Christmas shipping I’m sure. There were fragile stickers all over the box and when I opened it the bench was in perfect shape.

Not only do I recommend the bench, I would like to give five stars to the furniture company who sold it to me and whose customer service is actually 10 stars. I will consider High Fashion Home for future furniture needs.
