Are all of High Fashion Home's products shown online?
No. We only showcase approximately 5,000 products online. We carry well over 75,000 products in our store. High Fashion Home is 4 floors, 125,000 square feet. In addition to our core of best selling items online, we are consistently bringing in new and exciting products throughout the year. Every visit to High Fashion Home will be a little bit different as we bring in new antiques, clothes, accessories, candles, toys, sofas, beds, and tables. We want to ensure that every time a customer shops at High Fashion Home, it is a unique and inspiring experience.

How is shopping at High Fashion Home different than other home furnishing stores?
Our HF associates do not work on commission. When designing your home, it is a very personal experience. We do not want you to feel pressured to make a buying decision. Our associates are here to help actualize your vision for the home. It’s about finding the right product, not things you don’t need.

Does High Fashion Home have a physical store location?
Yes. We only have our one premier destination store based in Houston, Texas.

How can I see the products in person before making a purchase?
If you have any requests for additional photos or fabric swatches, please contact us at 1.888.685.3838 or at support@highfashionhome.com. We understand that making a purchase without seeing the product in person can be difficult and not all of our customers can visit our Houston store location. Our manufacturing partners are some of the best in the home furnishings world. Please let us know if there is anything that we can do to help you make your shopping experience as reassuring and enjoyable as possible.

Does High Fashion Home have weekly sales or specials?
No. We do not inflate prices only to create a false sense of savings. We are about respectful pricing by delivering everyday value in an inspirational and exciting environment.

Some of our select manufacturers on occasion will hold promotional special order events. We will participate in those events every time as our goal is to always pass savings on to our customers.

We do clearance items throughout the year. Among the clearance items are discontinued items, floor samples, and slightly damaged furniture pieces.

Where and how does High Fashion Home ship?
We currently only offer delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. We do no offer international shipping at this time.

More than 95% of our products ships from our Houston distribution center, where our own HF Associates are handling and prepping your order to ensure that it arrives to your home in good condition. This is in contrast with many other E-commerce Home Furnishings websites that rely on dropshipping your order directly from the manufacturer. For most orders, we will use UPS or USPS for delivery. For large furniture items, we will use specialize carriers to ensure a proper delivery experience.

Does High Fashion Home charge sales tax?
No sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped outside of Texas. We are required to collect an 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within Texas.

How do I return my order?
Please call Customer Service at 1.888.685.3838 (Mon. thru Sat. 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST; Sun. 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. CST) or email us at support@highfashionhome.com.   Reference your internet order number and our Customer Service team will give you a Return Authorization number (if the item is eligible for return) to help process the return (per the terms of our Return Policy).

You may then return your package to a UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop-off location. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a refund.  For large, bulky items, we will assist you in scheduling the return shipment.

Why is there a Front Door Delivery surcharge for furniture items?
Because furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, an additional Front Door Delivery surcharge needs to be included to help cover the cost of shipping.  At High Fashion Home, we strive to deliver the best value for our products. By no means are we trying to make a profit on shipping. Our goal is to deliver our furniture pieces to your home in a timely and affordable manner.

Why does High Fashion Home offer two types of long distance furniture delivery options?
We understand our furniture is shipping a long way to your home, and we want to offer flexible pricing options. The furniture item can ship via Front Door Delivery, which includes front door / curbside drop off (depending on delivery conditions) and a 4-hour delivery window. The furniture item can also ship via White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home placement, a 4-hour delivery window, and debris removal. Front Door Delivery is the default shipping option for all furniture and large items. White Glove Delivery is an additional $150 charge per order.  So you can save some money by going with the default Front Door Delivery option. If you need a little more service with your delivery, White Glove Delivery is available to satisfy your needs.

How does the partnership between the Arbor Day Foundation and High Fashion Home work?
We are committed to teaming up with the Arbor Day Foundation, to plant one tree for every piece of furniture purchased. When you buy any of our high style furniture items, you will join High Fashion Home and the Arbor Day Foundation in planting trees to help our planet.  So whether you are buying the perfect modern sofa or that beautiful, contemporary bed, any home decor furniture piece that is purchased will contribute to helping the environment. Does High Fashion Home offer a trade discount to interior designers?
Yes, registered interior designers are eligible for trade discounts on volume purchases. Please  download the application here and fax the completed application and required information to 713.528.3939.
