No. We only showcase online 4,000 products. We carry well over 60,000 products in our store. High Fashion Home is 4 floors, 125,000 square feet. In addition to our core of best selling items online, we are consistently bringing in new and exciting products throughout the year. Every visit to High Fashion Home will be a little bit different as we bring in new antiques, clothes, accessories, soaps, diffusers, toys, sofas, beds, and tables. We want to ensure that every time a customer shops at High Fashion Home, it is a unique and inspiring experience.
How is shopping at High Fashion Home different than other home furnishing stores?
Our HF associates do not work on commission. When designing your home, it is a very personal experience. We do not want you to feel pressured to make a buying decision. Our associates are here to help actualize your vision for the home. It’s about finding the right product, not things you don’t need.

Is there more than one High Fashion Home store?
No, we only have our one destination High Fashion Home store located in Houston, Texas.
How can I see the products in person before making a purchase?
Please contact us at 1.888.685.3838 or email us via our Contact Us page. We can possibly help locate other retailers closer to you that carry comparable products from the same manufacturer. We’ll also send fabric swatches and email additional photos to help with your buying decision.
Do you have weekly sales or specials on your products?
No. We do not inflate prices only to create a false sense of savings. We are about respectful pricing by delivering everyday value in an inspirational and exciting environment.
Some of our select manufacturers on occasion will hold promotional special order events. We will participate in those events every time as our goal is to always pass savings on to our customers.
We do clearance items throughout the year. Among the clearance items are discontinued items, floor samples, and slightly damaged furniture pieces.
Do you ship out of state?
We currently only offer delivery within the 48 contiguous states. Please call 1.888.685.3838 for more information.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped outside of Texas. We are required to collect an 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped within Texas.
How do I return my order?
Please call Customer Service at 1.888.685.3838 (Mon. thru Sat. 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST; Sun. 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. CST) or email us via our Contact Us page. Reference your internet order number and our Customer Service team will give you a Return Authorization number to help process the return (per the terms of our Return Policy).
You may then return your package to a UPS driver or drop it off at any UPS drop-off location. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a refund. For large, bulky items, we will assist you in scheduling the return shipment.

Why is there a Front Door Delivery surcharge for furniture items?
Because furniture and other large items are bulky and heavy, an additional Front Door Delivery surcharge needs to be included to help cover the cost of shipping. At High Fashion Home, we strive to deliver the best value for our products. By no means are we trying to make a profit on shipping. Our goal is to deliver our furniture pieces to your home in a timely and affordable manner.
Why do you offer two types of long distance furniture delivery options?
We understand our furniture is shipping a long way to your home, and we want to offer flexible pricing options. The furniture item can ship via Front Door Delivery, which includes front door / curbside drop off (depending on delivery conditions) and a 4-hour delivery window. The furniture item can also ship via White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home placement, a 4-hour delivery window, and debris removal. Front Door Delivery is the default shipping option for all furniture and large items. White Glove Delivery is an additional $150 charge per order. So you can save some money by going with the default Front Door Delivery option. If you need a little more service with your delivery, White Glove Delivery is available to satisfy your needs.

We are committed to teaming up with the Arbor Day Foundation, to plant one tree for every piece of furniture purchased.
